D’Angelo Burns and Kevin Lambert have been in the ministry since they were 7 and 4. They always went with their dad to his quartet rehearsal. One day while dad was driving they were sitting in the back seat of the car and just started singing. They were singing the songs that their dad and his group were practicing. D’Angelo and Kevin traveled with the group and soon became known as the Heavenly Tots. Kevin wanted to be able to minister to those who could not hear them singing. We then enrolled them in a sign language programs , under the direction of Mr. Kenneth Stith. They started signing at every event they went to. The more they ministered, the more people were truly touched by them. This was truly amazing to the people who they came in contact with them. They have ministered and taught all over different parts of Virginia, even at the Verizon Center in Washington DC. They traveled to Chicago to train and teach a group of teenagers to sign a special song for the ETA PHI BETA Sorority Inc.
